The new NZ Quarantine Declaration format template will come into effect from 1 February 2021. As you may know, this declaration is required for all the Full Container Load (FCL) cargo imported into NZ 

Please send this revised version to your vendors (Revised-Sea Container Quarantine Declaration).  Please note that it must be completed on the letterhead of the company packing the container.
