Further to our previous newsletters on the introduction of IMO 2020 Low Sulphur Fuel we remind you that carriers will implement the Low Sulphur Levy (LSL) effective 1 December 2019.  

The LSL varies based on carrier, origin and cargo direction. The exact fee per carrier will be included in our quote updates for December.
